How to order
curtainconcepts.com offers (4) easy ways to place your order!
- Place your order online using our secure server.
Select the option to order on-line using your credit card. You will
be given a final chance to review and change your order and then prompted
for your credit card information. Your order will be processed when
you select the SUBMIT ORDER button. Once your order is submitted, it
cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Place your order by phone.
Select the option to print your order. Print the order form and call
our customer service department at 610-395-2661. Our customer service
department is available Monday through Friday, 10am - 5pm EST. Please
have your credit card available.
- Place your order by mail.
Select the option to print your order. Print the order form, fill out
the credit card information or enclose a personal check*, money order
or bank check with the order form. Please be advised that orders submitted
with a personal check may delay your order by as much as 7 - 10 days
due to the check clearing process. *Please note there will be a $25
charge for returned checks.

Return and exchange policy
We are proud of our curtainconcepts.com products and want you to be perfectly
satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason,
we will gladly provide a replacement or refund your purchase for up to
30 days from invoice date (for online purchases only.) Products must be returned in their original condition
and packaging. We regret that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail for
a refund or replacement. We will process your return and follow your instructions. You may use
the shipping carrier most convenient for you.

Shipping & Handling and Sales Tax Information
Most purchases are shipped via UPS within 2-3 business days
of receipt of your order. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries, PO Boxes, APO, Alaska and Hawaii.
